Business Development Manager – OEM Accounts Full Time • Fully Remote – US 401(k) 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance Job Summary The Business Development Manager for OEM Accounts is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the market presence of our industrial products within the Original Equipment Manufacturer sector. This role involves key account management and prospecting to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with existing clients, and achieve sales targets. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Prospecting and new business development – Conduct market research, develop strategies for generating new business leads, attend industry events, prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations, manage the sales pipeline, monitor competitors. Key account management – Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key OEM accounts, create strategic account plans, serve as primary point of contact, identify value‑selling opportunities, track and analyze performance, lead negotiations for contracts. Cross‑functional collaboration – Work closely with engineering and customer service to align on customer needs, provide market feedback to product development. Documentation – Document all project and customer activities within Sugar CRM in an efficient and timely manner. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field (equivalent work experience may be considered). Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales or key account management within the industrial or manufacturing sector; focus on large OEM accounts is a plus. Hunter sales mentality, capable of creating product demand from initial contact through product support. Experience with a CRM system (Sugar is a plus). Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills, and proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as purchasing and engineering. Understanding of the OEM market, precision ball bearing slides and applications, and manufacturing processes; results‑driven, proactive, independent and team‑oriented. Proficient with standard office PC software, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Travel required to meet clients and attend industry events. Experience and comfort in preparing and delivering technical sales presentations to all audiences. Compensation: $110,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year This is a remote position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
