As a valued team member, you’ll support students in a Setting III/centerbase LAUNCH program, providing targeted instruction and individualized strategies. The role is housed at Adams Elementary School and is a full-time engagement for the 2026-2027 academic year.

Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (only Tier 3 or Tier 4 accepted).
• Demonstrated experience or interest in Special Education—Setting III preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and families.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment.
• Ability to tailor instruction to diverse learner needs and maintain accurate student records.
• Resume and credential verification required for consideration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Deliver instruction aligned with IEP goals using evidence-based strategies.
• Collaborate with related service providers and general education teams.
• Foster a supportive, structured environment that helps students achieve both academic and behavioral milestones.
• Maintain clear documentation and communication with colleagues and families.
