This position is based in a center-based setting and will provide you with the chance to work Monday through Friday, with a consistent schedule of 37.5 hours per week for the 2026-2027 academic year.

You’ll play a vital role in a specialized environment, working directly with students as part of a dedicated team focused on learning and achievement. This setting III/centerbase LAUNCH role allows you to make a direct difference in students’ educational journeys, supporting their goals through innovative strategies and individualized learning plans.

Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Experience working in special education, preferably in center-based or similar settings
• Demonstrated ability to manage and adapt instruction for varied learning needs
• Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to advocacy and fostering a positive, inclusive environment for students

Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction to students in a setting III/centerbase program
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families for optimal student outcomes
• Develop and implement IEPs, monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely reports
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives
