This contract opportunity provides a chance to make a meaningful impact in a setting III/centerbase LAUNCH role for the upcoming academic year. Work at the Champlin Brooklyn Park Academy within a welcoming elementary school community.

Your role will focus on providing specialized instruction and support tailored to students' needs, fostering their growth and enhancing educational outcomes. Collaborate with a dedicated staff from August 31, 2026, through June 10, 2027, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule totaling 37.5 hours per week. Your skills and passion will help shape a positive, inclusive learning environment!

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher license at Tier 3 or Tier 4 (required)
• Previous experience in special education settings, especially with setting III or centerbased programs, is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and families
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies for diverse learning needs
• Organized with strong classroom management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver individualized lessons and activities for students with unique learning requirements
• Monitor progress, set goals, and implement IEPs in partnership with educational teams
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and administrators to ensure student success
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere
• Engage with families to provide updates and encourage active involvement in students’ educational journeys
