Key Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Special Education Teaching license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Proven ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Experience supporting students in a setting III or center-based special education program
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with staff, families, and students
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, adaptive learning environments

• Provide direct instruction and support tailored to individual student needs within the LAUNCH program
• Develop, monitor, and update IEPs in accordance with district and state guidelines
