Workers’ Compensation Attorney
Job description:Are you a passionate Workers’ Compensation Attorney looking to take your career to the next level? Our top-rated law firm, known for handling some of the largest catastrophic injury settlements in California, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Associate Attorney to join partner, Tina Eshghieh, to work hand in hand with her in handling catastrophic injury cases.

The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate will have at least one of experience in workers’ compensation handling cases from A-Z. However, we are willing to train the right candidate from the group up – new grads should apply!
Qualifications:
- Candidates MUST be CA State Barred and reside in the state of California.
Responsibilities:
- Handling cases from inception to final resolution.
- Represent clients before the workers’ compensation appeals board.
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
- Prepare and defend clients in depositions.
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.
