This opportunity is for experienced Generalist Writers interested in contributing to specialized AI quality and evaluation projects .

\n

You’ll apply your writing, editing, and analytical expertise to assess written content and AI-generated responses for accuracy, clarity, consistency, completeness, and overall quality while helping improve the performance and reliability of next-generation AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

\n

• Review and assess written content and AI-generated responses for accuracy, coherence, completeness, and overall quality.
\n
• Evaluate whether written outputs appropriately follow detailed instructions, guidelines, and defined evaluation criteria .
\n
• Provide clear, actionable, and objective written feedback focused on precision and consistency.
\n
• Identify discrepancies, ambiguities, factual issues, grammatical errors, and areas for improvement .
\n
• Systematically document findings using provided evaluation tools, guidelines, and reporting formats .
\n
• Apply evaluation criteria consistently across a high volume of written materials.
\n
• Participate in an initial four-week project sprint , with potential extension based on performance and project requirements.
\n
• Commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week throughout the engagement.
\n
• Manage assigned work independently while maintaining high-quality and consistent outputs .
\n

Required Qualifications

\n

\n
• Native US English speaker with exceptional command of grammar, syntax, tone, and written communication .
\n
• Professional experience in writing, editing, proofreading, content review, or other writing-intensive roles .
\n
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle errors, inconsistencies, and quality issues .
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on clarity and precision.
\n
• Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and evaluation guidelines consistently.
\n
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to objectively assess written information.
\n
• Ability to provide concise, constructive, and well-supported feedback .
\n
• Immediate availability with the ability to commit at least 20 hours per week .
\n
• Ability to work independently in a remote, hourly engagement .
\n

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI evaluation, content evaluation, quality assurance, or model-training projects .
\n
• Background in professional writing, journalism, communications, content strategy, editing, or research .
\n
• Experience reviewing large volumes of written content against structured rubrics or quality standards .
\n
• Familiarity with documentation, reporting, and evaluation workflows .
\n
• Strong time-management skills and ability to consistently meet project deadlines and quality requirements .
\n
• Experience identifying and documenting instruction-following issues and content-quality discrepancies .
\n
