Inside Sales Representative

Masimo seeks an Inside Sales Representative in Dallas to drive sales growth in targeted acute care markets across Texas. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle through phone and email outreach, building relationships with key accounts and distribution partners, and occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to established and prospective accounts to generate sales within territory
• Execute all stages of sales cycle including cold calling, demonstrations, quoting, closing, and follow-up
• Provide phone and on-site support to target accounts and collaborate with distribution partners
• Log activities and pipeline data in CRM system for sales management visibility
• Organize and conduct seminars for distribution partners and end-users on monitoring technologies

Requirements

• Two or more years of B2B sales with demonstrated track record
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based tools
• Ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Comfort with regular computer use and extended standing or walking

Compensation: $20.00 hourly; variable compensation up to $22,000 based on achieving 100% of annual sales objective
