Compensation:

• Variable Compensation: Uncapped commission - 50% of new business commissions
• Fixed Compensation: $50,000 base salary

Responsibilities

• Develop and close new insurance opportunities
• Sell home, auto, umbrella, life, and related insurance products
• Prospect and follow up consistently with potential customers
• Identify coverage needs, gaps, and cross-sell opportunities
• Educate customers and clearly explain their insurance options
• Use educational content, video, and digital resources throughout the sales process
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM
• Meet established activity and production goals
• Build long-term client and referral relationships

Requirements

Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable with outbound calls and sales follow-up
• Organized and reliable
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Comfortable being held accountable to measurable sales goals
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must obtain a Colorado Property & Casualty insurance license support provided

Preferred:

• Prior experience in customer service, retail, or a client-facing role
• Familiarity with CRM software or Microsoft Office
• Prior exposure to insurance sales or financial services
