We are a growing insurance agency looking for a motivated, competitive, and dependable Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office sales position for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and working toward clear production goals.

You will work with both inbound and outbound leads, identify each customers insurance needs, prepare quotes, and help clients protect what matters most. We provide leads, training, sales tools, and ongoing support. This position offers a base salary plus uncapped commission and additional performance incentives.

What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year?

If you follow our sales process, at the very least you can expect to make $70,000 in your first year with your base salary, commission, and bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Contact new leads and current customers by phone, text, and email
• Make approximately 100150 outbound calls per day
• Complete a minimum of three insurance quotes per day
• Quote and sell personal lines insurance, including auto, home, renters, umbrella, and other products
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and bundle policies
• Explain coverage options clearly and make appropriate recommendations
• Follow up consistently with prospects until a decision is reached
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Accurately document all conversations and activities in the agencys CRM
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and production goals
• Participate in daily team huddles, training, and coaching
• Maintain all required licenses and follow company and state compliance standards

Requirements

• Active Property and Casualty insurance license preferred
• Life and Health insurance license is a plus
• Previous insurance, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working toward measurable goals
• Persistent and confident when following up with prospects
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-up activities
• Comfortable using CRM systems, email, texting, and other sales technology
• Dependable, coachable, and willing to be held accountable
• High level of honesty, professionalism, and integrity
• Ability to work full-time in the office Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
