The Staff Demand Supply Analyst role requires strong data analysis and problem-solving skills as well as a creative and inquisitive nature to identify opportunities and address challenges in a professional and confident manner, along with championing new processes and inspiring other improvements./ppWhat You Will Do:/pulliDrive NPI operational readiness to meet customer requirements by partnering with cross-functional teams to establish program plans, identify risks, and execute mitigation strategies for time-sensitive product launches./liliOwn end-to-end supply and demand management for multiple components, ensuring optimal performance across inventory, cost, service levels, and supply continuity./liliLead collaboration across manufacturing, product development, supply chain, procurement, engineering, and logistics teams to support successful prototype builds and product launches./liliPlan, schedule, and manage material readiness for development builds, including supplier coordination, delivery tracking, and validation of incoming material quality./liliMonitor and report materials clear to build status, proactively identifying risks and driving issues to resolution to ensure operational readiness./liliCoordinate with procurement managers and suppliers to improve supplier performance, mitigate supply risks, and ensure continuity of supply throughout development and production ramp./liliAnalyze business trends, demand patterns, and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and develop data-driven recommendations./liliCollaborate with stakeholders to support customer allocation priorities and balance supply with evolving demand requirements./liliTrack and manage inventory across NPI or MP phases, minimizing aging, excess stock, and supply risk./liliEnsure production, planning, and supply chain teams are prepared for mass production ramp-up, enabling smooth transition from development to high-volume manufacturing./liliIdentify and resolve complex cross-organizational operational and technical challenges, developing practical solutions that support business and program objectives./li/ulpWhat Youll Bring:/pulliBachelors Degree preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics and Data Systems or equivalent. and a minimum 5 years of work experience (Alternatively a Masters and 3+ years of experience)./liliKnowledge of business operations, including forecasting, procurement and material management/liliExtremely strong spreadsheet, modeling and visualization skills (Excel, Python, and Tableau specifically)./liliPresentation and communication skills/liliProblem-solving skills/liliAbility to adjust priorities quickly in a fast-changing environment/liliBilingual Mandarin strongly preferred/li/ulpZT Systems assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $87,375 and $128,150 annually.
