Senior Supply Chain Analyst - Demand & Allocation

We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst III to support demand planning, supply allocation, and logistics operations within a fast-paced supply chain environment. This role will be responsible for demand forecasting, inventory planning, order management, allocation activities, and operational reporting to ensure product availability and on-time customer delivery. The ideal candidate will possess experience in supply chain operations, demand planning, logistics coordination, and data analysis , along with strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, SAP knowledge, and bilingual Korean/English communication capabilities. Responsibilities Demand Planning & Forecasting Develop and maintain short-term demand forecasts (up to 6 months) for assigned product categories using historical trends, sales data, and market insights Manage weekly demand forecasts at SKU and site level to support supply planning and customer commitments Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Business, and Operations teams to support product launches, promotions, and demand fluctuations Update top-line forecasts to ensure short-term supply availability and demand alignment Supply Chain & Allocation Management Execute PSI/SCP activities to ensure product availability and timely customer deliveries Manage allocation activities to support forecasted customer demand and product distribution Input weekly forecasting data to optimize product allocation across customer accounts and locations Monitor customer orders and manage order fulfillment processes to ensure on-time delivery performance Support logistics activities including stock transfers, diversions, and inventory movements Inventory & Logistics Operations Monitor inventory levels and develop recommendations balancing inventory investment with service level objectives Coordinate production planning and supplier activities to align supply with demand requirements Monitor order processing and shipment activities to support monthly sales objectives Analyze inventory aging and availability reports to optimize inventory utilization and reduce excess stock Support weekly inventory reviews and factory aging management activities Reporting & Analytics Prepare and publish daily and weekly operational reports related to PSI/SCP activities Generate demand, inventory, allocation, and supply chain performance reports Analyze sales trends, inventory aging, order activity, and supply chain metrics Provide recommendations and updates regarding demand planning, inventory performance, and operational improvements to leadership teams Required Skills SAP experience Demand Planning / Forecasting Advanced Microsoft Excel Supply Chain Operations Logistics Coordination Inventory Management Data Analysis & Reporting Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics , or related field preferred 3–4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics Operations, Demand Planning, Data Analysis , or related environment Advanced Excel skills including reporting, analysis, formulas, Pivot Tables, and forecasting support General understanding of supply chain functions and logistics processes Ability to interpret sales orders, purchase orders, transfer orders, and inventory reports Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Ability to work effectively within fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities Self‑starter with strong initiative and attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr LanceSoft, Inc.
