The role requires strong data analysis and problem-solving skills as well as a creative and inquisitive nature to identify opportunities and address challenges in a professional and confident manner, along with championing new processes and inspiring other improvements./ppThe Senior Demand Supply Analyst will:/pulliDemonstrate ability to achieve results in demand and supply activities/liliAccountable for supply and demand activities for multiple components, ensuring that performance (inventory, cost, etc.) meets the overall business needs/liliStrong ability to leverage systems (SAP preferred) and data to influence decisions/liliCoordinate with procurement managers to drive improvements and ensure continuity of supply/liliAnalyze business patterns and changes to formulate potential recommendations/liliCollaborate with key stakeholders to support customer allocations and priorities/liliIdentify/recognize problems from various perspectives (cross-org) in order to understand implications and propose solutions./liliCollaborate with others to solve complex problems/liliPlan and track all inventory to mitigate aging, risk and excess/li/ulpWhat Youll Bring:/pulliBachelors Degree preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics and Data Systems or equivalent./liliMinimum 3 years of work experience/liliKnowledge of business operations, including forecasting, procurement and material management/liliDetail-oriented and organized/liliDrive for results and high quality of work/liliPresentation and communication skills/liliProblem-solving skills/liliExtremely strong spreadsheet, modeling and visualization skills/liliAbility to adjust priorities quickly in a fast-changing environment/liliBilingual Mandarin strongly preferred/li/ulpZT Systems assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package is created for all our employees. The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $66,375 and $XX,XXX annually.
