About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Engineer to join our team. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative product demonstrations of our Workflow Automation AI SaaS platform to potential clients, especially within CPA firms, along with partners and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for showcasing innovative solutions tailored to the needs of CPA firms. About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Engineer to join our team. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative product demonstrations of our Workflow Automation AI SaaS platform to potential clients, especially within CPA firms, along with partners and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of CPA firms, showcasing how our platform optimizes workflows and improves compliance.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand the unique requirements of CPA firms and highlight relevant features.
- Prepare demo environments, configure software, and create custom use cases to demonstrate value propositions for accounting and CPA professionals.
- Provide technical insights and answer complex questions during demos.
- Gather feedback from demos to inform product improvements and customer needs.
- Develop demo scripts, presentation materials, and training content focused on CPA firm use cases.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape within accounting and CPA sectors.
- Assist in onboarding and training sales teams on demo best practices, emphasizing CPA-specific solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product demonstration, technical sales, or pre-sales engineering.
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, workflow automation, and AI technologies.
- Deep understanding of CPA firms' workflows, compliance requirements, and pain points.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and demonstrate solutions effectively.
- Experience with CRM and demo scheduling tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
