Fulfill guests’ special room requests and accommodate special occasions. Identify, report, and collaborate to resolve imperfections and blemishes that may arise, ensuring guests receive the best experience. Communicate effectively with other departments and the extended hotel team to maintain alignment and deliver exceptional service independently. Qualifications Provide your own housing and transportation to and from work. Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Current authorization to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. Completed a degree in hospitality, human resources, sales & marketing, food & beverage, or business administration within one year of program start. At least 21 years of age prior to program start date. Regularly required to talk, hear, walk, stand for up to 8 hours; able to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger, and wrist dexterity; lift or move up to 15 pounds.
