Duties Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality food service in a fast-paced environment Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet or exceed fine dining standards Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate stock levels to minimize waste and control costs Implement and uphold food safety sanitizing procedures, sanitation standards, and proper handling practices across all kitchen areas Coordinate menu planning in collaboration with executive chefs or management teams to deliver innovative and appealing offerings Supervise catering events, banquets, and special functions ensuring timely execution and exceptional guest satisfaction Monitor shift schedules, manage labor costs, and optimize staffing levels for efficiency and productivity Enforce compliance with health regulations, safety protocols, and dietary department guidelines Requirements Proven experience in food production, kitchen management, or restaurant supervision within the hospitality or food industry sector Extensive culinary expertise with a focus on fine dining cuisine and catering services Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of cooks, servers, and support staff Knowledge of inventory management systems, cost control measures, and food safety sanitizing procedures Hands-on experience in menu planning, food handling, and catering event coordination Excellent communication skills to foster teamwork and ensure high standards of service delivery Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment requiring shift management and multitasking capabilities Join our team as a Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager where your culinary talent meets leadership excellence!
