Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary Our client is a fast-growing AI-first B2B growth agency that helps high-growth tech companies scale revenue through AI-powered Revenue Operations, automated outbound systems, and growth infrastructure. They work with venture-backed startups and scaling B2B SaaS companies, implementing end-to-end GTM systems, sales automation, and data-driven outbound strategies. Since launching, the company has grown from $0 to $2M ARR in under a year while working with some of the fastest-growing startups backed by leading venture capital firms and accelerators. We are looking for a GTM Engineer to help design and implement scalable Revenue Operations systems, outbound infrastructure, and automation workflows for high-growth B2B SaaS companies. In this role, you will work at the intersection of RevOps, outbound growth, data infrastructure, and AI-powered automation. You will collaborate with founders, sales leaders, and RevOps teams to design and execute modern go-to-market strategies. Key Responsibilities GTM Strategy & Play Design Recommend and implement outbound GTM plays tailored to each client’s ICP and growth stage Advise clients on sales tech stack selection and automation tools Build lead allocation systems to distribute prospects across sales teams efficiently TAM Mapping & Data Infrastructure Build ICP models using firmographic, technographic, and behavioral signals Map Total Addressable Markets (TAM) and prioritize high-value accounts Implement signal tracking systems using first-party and third-party data sources Identify decision-makers and buying committee members within target accounts Clay & Data Enrichment Build advanced Clay workflows for data enrichment and account research Implement AI-driven enrichment pipelines to automate manual research Create automation workflows using tools such as Clay, APIs, and workflow automation platforms Develop account scoring systems to prioritize high-intent prospects Outbound Campaign Development Build personalized multi-channel outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn Create scalable outbound sequences while maintaining personalization Analyze campaign performance and iterate based on results and client feedback Client Communication & Collaboration Participate in weekly client calls to discuss strategy and performance Collaborate internally using Notion, Slack, and documentation tools Contribute to internal GTM playbooks and process documentation Deliver performance reports and growth recommendations Must Have 2 - 4+ years of experience in Sales, RevOps, Sales Operations, BizOps, or GTM Engineering Experience working in B2B SaaS, startups, or agencies Strong working knowledge of Clay Curiosity about AI tools, automation, and growth experimentation Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to learn quickly Fluent English communication skills Nice to Have Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM systems Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n Experience working with sales automation or outbound tooling Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams Career Growth: Join companies in SaaS, MarTech, and B2B services Peer Community: Connect with high-performing sales professionals in our network Ongoing Support: Receive guidance from Huzzle before and after placement Tailored Compensation: Salaries vary by client and candidate preference — we’ll match you with options that fit your goals #J-18808-Ljbffr Colossyan
