AI & Data Analytics Developer

Salary: $110,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, AI analytics, reporting, dashboard development, or workflow automation.
• We need hands-on experience with Power BI and data visualization.
• We require experience using SQL and analytical tools such as Python, Jupyter notebooks, or comparable solutions.
• We need experience cleaning, transforming, validating, and reconciling data, with the ability to spot quality issues and inconsistencies.
• We value familiarity with AI, machine learning, generative AI, prompt engineering, or automated insight generation.
• We need strong documentation skills.
• We require the ability to communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• We need the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and work with limited day-to-day oversight.
• You must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government clearance.
• Preferred: experience with, or the ability to quickly learn, Palantir Foundry, Advana, Jupiter, and Databricks.
• Preferred: experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Preferred: experience supporting federal, defense, or national security analytics programs.
• Preferred: a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

• We support the design, development, testing, and upkeep of dashboards, reports, workflows, and data products.
• We build Power BI dashboards and reports for acquisition, contract writing, workload, data quality, and leadership reporting needs.
• We support Power Platform development, including Power Apps and Power Automate workflows.
• We assist with Palantir Foundry work, including datasets, transformations, dashboards, applications, and analytical products.
• We work in Advana and Jupiter to access, explore, analyze, and prepare data.
• We use Databricks, SQL, Python, PySpark, or similar tools to clean, transform, validate, and prepare data for analytics and AI use cases.
• We support AI-enabled analytics capabilities such as automated insights, natural language querying, anomaly detection, trend analysis, and leadership summaries.
• We validate AI-generated insights against source data and business rules.
• We document data sources, transformation logic, assumptions, business rules, calculations, and known data limitations.
• We assist with data quality checks, data reconciliation, and issue identification.
• We support user testing, dashboard validation, prototype development, and stakeholder feedback sessions.
• We work with acquisition and contract writing subject matter experts to understand reporting needs and business context.
• We support recurring reporting, ad hoc analysis, and executive-level data requests.
• We collaborate with the lead engineer, business analysts, system owners, and client stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate analytics products.
