Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring trust and long-term collaboration.
• Conduct regular reviews of clients' financial plans to adapt to their changing needs and life stages.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive and innovative environment.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide clients with the most current advice.
• Develop and execute a personal sales strategy to meet and exceed targets, contributing to team success.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or customer service, with a proven ability to build strong client relationships.
