Part-time property manager

Randstad is partnered with a high-end condo association headquartered in Boca Raton, FL, to find the association a Part-time Property Manager. This is an excellent role for someone looking for a flexible schedule, supplementing other income or looking to work ideally part-time. This is a direct hire, permanent role offering a base salary + bonus.


salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 10 AM - 2 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Resident Relations: Serving as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally, and fostering a positive community environment.
• Vendor Management: Coordinating and supervising a variety of service providers, including landscaping, security, cleaning, and maintenance, ensuring all work meets our exacting standards.
• Property Maintenance & Inspections: Conducting regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs, ensuring the building and grounds are always immaculate and well-maintained.
• Financial Oversight (as needed): Assisting with budget adherence and invoice processing, working closely with the Board of Directors.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and handling correspondence related to property operations.
• Emergency Response: Being available for occasional urgent situations that may arise outside of regular hours (on-call rotation).
