Sports Performance Specialist Full-Time Position Cary Performance Center and Garner Locations

We're seeking a dedicated and energetic Sports Performance Specialist to develop and deliver targeted strength and conditioning programs designed to improve speed, agility, strength, endurance, flexibility, and power.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and deliver individualized and group strength and conditioning programs
- Assist with delegated patient treatment and recovery procedures under the supervision of Sports Physical Therapists
- Prepare patients for treatment sessions and support their performance and recovery goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in orthopaedic rehab, sports performance, or athletic training in a sports medicine or performance training facility
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to effectively present to large groups and motivate athletes
- Strong interpersonal skills, high energy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Personable, professional attitude and computer literacy required
- Must be able to work cooperatively and build positive relationships with teammates, management, and clients
- Athletic performance certifications from NASM, NSCA, or ACSM (e.g., PES, CES, CSCS, EP-C)
