A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is required for candidates who have not yet earned ASHA certification.

State license as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 30 days of hiring.
