HR Manager (Manufacturing)

HR Manager – Manufacturing (Ideal for candidates in Burbank, Glendale, North Hollywood, Van Nuys, Pacoima, Sylmar, or San Fernando.) We're conducting a search for an experienced HR Manager to join a well-established, family-owned manufacturing company in the building materials industry. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting approximately 300 employees across manufacturing and corporate operations. We're looking for someone who thrives in a family-owned business environment - someone who understands the balance of driving HR initiatives while building trusted relationships with ownership, leaders, and employees. The ideal candidate is practical, approachable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
