High Caliber Line is looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to own and improve our 2nd shift operation. This is not a sit-behind-the-desk role — you’ll be on the floor, identifying issues, solving problems, and building better processes in real time.

What You'll Own

• Run and optimize 
• Identify root causes of inefficiencies and implement lasting fixes
• Improve workflows across multiple production processes
• Use data to drive decisions and eliminate recurring issues
• Hold the team accountable to clear standards and expectations
• Maintain a safe, organized, high-performing production floor

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7+ years in manufacturing or production environments
• Proven ability to improve processes — not just maintain them
• Supervisory experience (you can lead, but you’re not just a “people manager”)
• Spanish speaking required
• Lean / continuous improvement mindset preferred
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
