Pool Maintenance Technician

FTG’s mission is to provide customer service-based pool cleaning and repair through highly trained teammates, taking time to serve our customers, and maintaining high family values in the business world. Responsibilities: As a Service Specialist, you’ll bring peace of mind to our customers and cleanliness to their swimming pools by providing weekly service stops on a predetermined pool route. Creating and establishing trust is the most important value to the majority of customers; this is why inspecting and documenting all repair findings or recommendations to leadership is a crucial part of FTG’s success. Qualifications: Skills Needed to Win: • Self-motivation • Communication • Coachable • Problem solver • Extreme Ownership • Reliable Vehicle • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions in AZ • Physical labor Compensation: $30 - $45 hourly
