A DAY IN THE LIFE

Work with the Director to monitor individual team and departmental goals Work with the Director to prioritize daily assignments and tasks Be responsible to monitor workload issues across the teams while tracking productivity of the department as a whole Monitor departmental and individual production and overall performance goals with team members Oversee daily operations for direct reports, to include monitoring and approving schedules and timecards Participate in the daily operations of the department as needed to ensure issues are resolved and client satisfaction is delivered

WHO YOU ARE

You possess … Experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor with direct reports Three years’ experience in the real estate, banking, or vendor management industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good organizational skills The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Responsibilities Assist the Director in ensuring that department productivity goals and quality standards are met Consults with Director to determine departmental and individual team member production goals Monitor departmental and individual production and overall performance goals with team members Create reports that depict client activity to endure efficient team operations and client satisfaction Review daily all assigned work-in-progress reports to ensure completion of tasks Complete and ensure accuracy of all necessary reports for management to review on a daily/weekly/monthly basis Consult with Director on methods to increase productivity and efficiencies Participate in the daily functions of multiple Quality Assurance teams Analyze workload issues across teams, propose and implement efficiency initiatives as deemed necessary Familiarize team members to new products, services, policies, or procedures Work with the Director to show areas of deficiencies in company policies and procedures throughout the department and identify areas of concern Participate with the Director in staff meetings to convey operational issues Maintain open communication with team members, internal departments, clients, vendors and management Assist with building and maintaining team motivation and create positive morale Assist the manager in maintaining departmental profitability by keeping costs and fees within company guidelines Assist the manager with training of staff members through appropriate training i.e. one-on-one training and classes Oversee daily operations for a team of employees, to include monitoring and approving schedules and timecards Participate in the new client setup process Proficient in ServiceLink operating systems and internal search engines Participate in systems enhancement meetings Adhere to company policies and procedures Perform all other duties as assigned Qualifications Prior experience as a Team Lead/Supervisor and/or 3 years’ experience in the real estate, banking, or vendor management industryHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Knowledge of real estate closing and document processesMust possess good organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyDemonstrate good communication and customer service skillsKnowledge of personal computers and Microsoft desktop applications #J-18808-Ljbffr ServiceLink IP Holding Company, LLC
