Structural Engineer

Job Description Experience: Mid Level Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and experienced Permanent Design Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities Design and analyze structural components and systems in accordance with the IBC, CBC, and ASCE 7 standards. Utilize design software such as ETABS, AUTOCAD, and RAM for the development and analysis of structural systems. Prepare detailed reports outlining the cause and origin of damages and failures to structures. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients on job sites to ensure the structural integrity of the project. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and design team members. Manage and lead multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Participate in the review and resolution of field construction issues/problems/questions. Ensure all designs and projects comply with industry safety standards and regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. 5 years of experience preferred (WIll take graduating students) EIT Certification is required; Professional Engineer License is preferred. Proficient in IBC, CBC, ASCE 7, ETABS, AUTOCAD, and RAM. Strong understanding of modern design and construction methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage and lead teams. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
