Human Resources Specialist

My client is a billion dollar company in the retail, energy, and logistics industry. They are located in Knoxville, TN and are looking to bring on an a Leave of Absence Admin to their team. This would be a 6+ month-long contract onsite at their Knoxville location. Responsibilities: Determining eligibility of leave of absence. This includes State, Federal, Canadian and Company policies Administering and monitoring all work-stay ADA accommodations and religious accommodations Coordinating TM paid STD & LTD, State STD with 3rd party vendors or state administrators Process terminations for team members who are non-compliant or those in which an accommodation can’t be met after going through the ADA process #J-18808-Ljbffr
