Customer Marketing Specialist

Job Context

The Customer Marketing Specialist cultivates enthusiastic customer advocates-mobilizing them to share their experiences through channels like Google, G2, and other key review platforms.

What You'll Do

• The design and execute strategies that spark customer excitement and amplify our brand reputation, making it easy and rewarding for users to become vocal champions.
• Develop and execute customer communication strategies.
• Partner with teams to ensure consistent messaging across the customer journey.
• Own the planning and execution of customer-specific events.
• Manage sponsorship opportunities for customer and industry events.
• Own and optimize the customer review strategy.
• Launch campaigns to generate new customer reviews.
• Collaborate to identify and develop customer advocates and case studies.
• Experience with marketing and CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and G2, and a track record of executing B2B email marketing campaigns.
• Work cross-functionally and track program performance.

What You'll Bring

• 1-3 years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, or a related B2B marketing role with proven ability to manage customer programs and communications.
• Strong project management and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with marketing and CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and G2, and a track record of executing B2B email marketing campaigns.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset and analytical skills.
• Collaborative and adaptable self-starter with a high degree of initiative and willingness to work with global stakeholders.
