Production Facility Administrative Clerk
Chemical manufacturing company located in the Tunica area is seeking a Production Facility Administrative Clerk.
NOTICE: This position is located in Tunica, MS. Please apply only if you are willing to travel daily to this location.
Principle Responsibilities
· Complete production and shipping paperwork accurately, including batch sheets, bills of lading and inventory count sheets.
· Assist with administering safety training to all employees.
· Assist with new hire paperwork and the submission of such to corporate human resources department.
· Assist management with all aspects of the clerical administration of the plant operation.
The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills; the ability to follow detailed instructions and learn new processes quickly; have meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Microsoft Excel knowledge a must.
