Senior Manager, Product Marketing - Core Business

Summary The Senior Manager, Product Marketing - Core Business will lead product marketing strategy and execution for Precious Jewelry and Watches in the US, driving brand desirability, client engagement, and growth. This role defines product positioning, leads go-to-market strategies and launch packages, and orchestrates 360-degree campaigns across channels. The position partners closely with Global WFJ and cross-functional teams including Retail, CRM, Media, PR, Digital, and Merchandising to deliver cohesive storytelling and measurable results. Responsibilities Define vision, brand positioning, and product marketing strategies for precious jewelry and watch collections, including launch packages and campaign orchestration. Lead core repricing analyses and implement pricing systems to ensure competitive and locally relevant pricing. Brief and lead cross-functional development of 360-degree marketing orchestrations across digital, print, and experiential platforms. Plan, curate assortments, and execute core events and client engagement moments in partnership with CRM and Retail. Set and track KPIs, analyze product and campaign performance, and provide insights to inform future orchestrations. Oversee budgets, project timelines, vendor relationships, and manage marketing calendars and communications. Requirements Senior-level experience in luxury product marketing, preferably in Watches & Fine Jewelry, with strong knowledge of the US luxury market and client expectations. Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence diverse stakeholders across Retail, CRM, Digital, Merchandising, and Communications. Strong strategic thinking, execution capabilities, attention to detail, and project management skills. High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using data and insights to drive decisions.
