The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, and a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting within a biotech, pharma, or related life sciences environment. They should be adept at building and implementing talent strategies for clinical-stage or high-growth organizations, and have experience in recruiting senior clinical, scientific, medical, and leadership talent. The role also requires a leader with strong executive communication skills, the ability to influence at all levels, and a practical, business-minded approach to process improvement.
