About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Talent Acquisition to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and commercial readiness. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the full talent acquisition function, with a focus on strategic and executional leadership. This includes owning the workforce planning strategy, building and strengthening talent pipelines for critical roles, and ensuring that the talent acquisition function is aligned with the company's long-term growth strategy. The role demands a leader with a strong background in biotech or pharma recruiting, capable of operating in a dynamic environment and passionate about building companies through exceptional talent. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition at the company include leading and developing a high-performing TA team, managing the end-to-end recruiting process, and enhancing the company's employer brand. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, and a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting within a biotech, pharma, or related life sciences environment. They should be adept at building and implementing talent strategies for clinical-stage or high-growth organizations, and have experience in recruiting senior clinical, scientific, medical, and leadership talent. The role also requires a leader with strong executive communication skills, the ability to influence at all levels, and a practical, business-minded approach to process improvement.
