Director of Sales

Are you a sales leader who knows how to grow both revenue and margin? SIPAC Ventures, a well-established paper bag manufacturer and packaging importer, is looking for a Director of Sales to drive our next stage of growth. You'll own the sales function end-to-end - driving new business, deepening key accounts, and building a high-performing sales team - while working closely with leadership on pricing, product mix, and supply chain strategy. What You'll Do: Develop and execute a sales strategy across retail, wholesale/distribution, and CPG/brand-partner channels Personally manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts while building and mentoring a sales team Identify new market opportunities in paper bags, sustainable packaging, and related product lines Partner with operations and supply chain teams to align sales commitments with manufacturing and import lead times Build pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with margin goals Represent the company at trade shows, industry associations, and client meetings Track and report on pipeline, forecasts, and revenue performance to executive leadership Stay ahead of industry trends - sustainability regulations, packaging innovation, and shifting retail/import dynamics What We're Looking For: 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a sales leadership role Experience in packaging, paper products, manufacturing, or a related industrial/consumer goods field strongly preferred Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets Existing relationships with retail buyers, distributors, or CPG procurement teams a strong plus Familiarity with import/export logistics and supply chain considerations is a plus Strong negotiation, forecasting, and CRM skills Ability to travel as needed for client visits and trade shows A hands-on leader who's equally comfortable closing deals and coaching a team Performance-based bonus tied to top-line (revenue) and bottom-line (profitability) growth 401(k) plan Health benefits and PTO Real influence over strategy, not just execution - a key leadership voice in a growing, established company #J-18808-Ljbffr SIPAC
