Production, Data & Financial Analyst

Position Summary The Production, Data & Financial Analyst is responsible for three things Care Lync depends on every day: tracking unit production against targets, making sure the underlying data is correct and trustworthy, and connecting that production data to its financial consequence. This role is the source of clean, reliable numbers for the Care Logistics team and the market leaders - the person who not only reports the data but validates it, traces the root cause when it is wrong, and explains what it means in dollars. Consistent with the Care Logistics model, this role produces the analysis and the recommendation; the District Manager decides and owns the outcome. Key Responsibilities Production tracking Track daily and weekly unit production against monthly targets; flag case managers or teams trending below pace. Build and maintain the reports and dashboards the Care Logistics team and DMs rely on. Serve as the source of truth for clean production and utilization data feeding the leadership review. Data integrity Own data integrity - reconcile data, validate accuracy, and investigate the root cause when numbers are wrong. Identify where the system (Knack) no longer matches the actual workflow, and route those issues to the Knack Product Owner for correction. Financial analysis Quantify revenue realization - the gap between units authorized, units delivered, and units billed - and translate lapsing or unbilled authorizations into dollars at risk. Analyze unit economics: cost per unit delivered by market, service type, and team, including labor, travel, and mileage cost drivers. Build forecasts of unit production and revenue by market and authorization period; track actual against forecast and explain the variance. Analyze waiver program, payer, and rate differences across Georgia, Maine, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina, and their effect on market performance. Model the financial effect of the operational changes Care Logistics recommends - caseload reallocation, territory clustering, staffing adjustments - so District Managers see the cost and revenue consequence before they decide. Prepare financial reporting and analysis supporting budgeting, market performance review, and the recurring leadership review. Decision Authority & Boundaries Owns whether the data is structurally correct, and owns the production and financial analysis and the recommendation that follows from it. Does not own the market decision or the assignment of specific cases - that authority and accountability remain with the District Manager. Diagnoses and flags structural data problems; does not make Knack changes directly (the Knack Product Owner does), and does not verify that work occurred (Quality & Compliance does).
