We are seeking a strategic, hands-on strong HR Generalist to support multiple warehouse and distribution center locations (Coppell, TX, Chicago, IL and Aurora, CO). This role serves as a trusted advisor to site leadership, driving HR strategy while executing day-to-day HR operations across a geographically dispersed, high-volume workforce. You will play a critical role in aligning business objectives with people strategies, strengthening leadership capability, and ensuring a consistent and compliant employee experience across all sites. About The Role How you will contribute Answer routine inquiries involving the collection, verification, and/or dissemination of human resources information on various topics such as disciplines, records, wages, absences, hiring, and policies and procedures. Participate in the recruitment process by reviewing resumes, posting jobs, interviewing candidates, conducting orientation and training, completing new hire paperwork and communications to the staff.
