Title: Dietary Technician Job Summary: The Dietary Technician is responsible for assisting the Registered Dieticians in assessments charting and completing IDT reviews and care plans. Dietary Technicians are responsible for following up with the Registered Dieticians' recommendations and are part of the team in analyzing and providing solutions for dietary interventions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or studying in a nutrition-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university. Experience in skilled nursing facilities is a plus.
