Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 base salaryKey Skills and Qualifications:Manufacturing leadership experience in a production or construction environmentProven ability to supervise hourly production employeesStrong understanding of production scheduling tied directly to customer purchase ordersComfortable working in a physically demanding, industrial settingExperience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts and gantry cranesKnowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulationsBasic understanding of concrete manufacturing processesNice to Have Skills:Precast concrete experienceEnvironment experience with job shop or made-to-order manufacturingAdditional certifications in material handling or safety trainingPreferred Education and Experience:High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferredMinimum of 2+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing or heavy constructionExperience with large load or gantry cranes and forklift operationOther Requirements:Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.Willingness to work in conditions that include dust, noise, vibration, and outdoor exposureAvailability to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PMEmployment is at-will and contingent upon background checks and onboarding requirementsThis is your opportunity to grow with a forward-thinking company that values leadership, safety, and quality.
