This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic procurement and supply chain professional who brings deep category management expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for driving sourcing excellence.Position OverviewThe Senior Category Manager will be responsible for leading category strategy, strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier management, and procurement optimization efforts across key spend areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing, along with the ability to leverage data and reporting tools to support business decisions and improve performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute category management and strategic sourcing strategiesLead supplier negotiations, contract management, and vendor performance initiativesAnalyze spend data and procurement trends to identify cost-saving and value-creation opportunitiesPartner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectivesBuild reporting tools, dashboards, and insights to support procurement decision-makingDrive process improvements across procurement and purchasing operationsSupport procure-to-pay (P2P) initiatives and continuous improvement effortsRequirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related field10+ years of experience in category management, strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chainStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot TablesExperience using data to support sourcing strategy and business recommendationsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Power BIAbility to build dashboards and reporting toolsCOUPA experience is a major plusStrong understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processesJob typePerm
