ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in July 2000 and has grown to a team of nine across two office locations. Before becoming an agent, I worked with State Farm in the claims department, which gave me valuable insight into how important the right coverage and guidance can be for customers when they need it most.

I’m a graduate of the University of Maryland and take pride in staying connected with the communities we serve. Our team is actively involved in a variety of local initiatives, including the annual Torch Run, Shop with a Cop, food bank support, local high school sporting events, and community golf tournaments. Giving back is an important part of our agency’s mission.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jane Staples - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
