Branch Office Administrator

Branch Office Administrator (BOA) – the role supports financial advisors and their clients by providing administrative assistance and ensuring a positive client experience. Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator, you will be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to clients and financial advisors. You will play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Support Comprehensive 6-month training with an experienced peer mentor Wide support network from branch office to region to head office Independent work with backing from a large team Responsibilities Deliver exceptional personalized service so clients feel understood and informed Participate in the annual business planning process to develop strategies for the upcoming year Listen actively for client life situations that may indicate a need for additional services Lead marketing activities, such as planning and executing events Skills Analytical Thinking Attention to Detail Adaptability Conversational Skills Digital Tool Utilization Team Collaboration Requirements Client Service: Provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Resolve inquiries, ensure an exceptional experience, and build strong relationships with clients and internal team members. Account Management: Learn the financial services industry. Handle account openings, transfers, and other requests at the advisor’s direction. Process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently under the advisor’s direction. Schedule appointments, prepare materials for meetings, manage correspondence, and support marketing initiatives. Update SOPs and execute on the branch business plan. Technology: Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology, including MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other company‑provided software. Minimum and maximum salary range provided; merit‑based salary increases are available as you progress in the BOA role.
