Zanda is an Executive search partner that works exclusively with high growth start-ups as they look to scale their business with senior talent. Zanda partners with VC’s, Founder’s, CEO’s and CFO’s when it comes to successfully delivering on key senior appointments.

Who ’s the business

Zanda is partnering with an international high growth manufacturing technology company specialising in industrial-grade 3D printers, advanced materials, and integrated software aimed at producing functional parts for demanding applications. The company focuses on precision and is aiming to replace the traditional manufacturing processes in sectors such as aerospace, energy, and industrial production.

What experiences you will gain

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board on financial strategy, capital allocation, fundraising, investor relations, and long-term value creation.
• Lead institutional fundraising and investor-grade financial modeling, governance, reporting, and controls to meet growth-stage and pre-IPO standards.
• Build and scale a global finance organization and infrastructure, including systems, processes, KPIs, audit readiness, and external advisor relationships.
• Drive financial strategy and execution across global and U.S. expansion, cross-border operations, and collaboration with Operations and Engineering to improve unit economics, margins, and capital efficiency.

What background should you have before you press apply!

• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including CFO or VP Finance roles.
• Demonstrated success leading institutional fundraising rounds at growth-stage companies.
• Experience scaling venture-backed industrial, hardware, advanced manufacturing, or deep-tech businesses.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing economics, long sales cycles, and capital-intensive growth models.
• Experience operating in international and cross-border environments; U.S. expansion experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to build finance organizations and financial infrastructure from the ground up.
• Exposure to late-stage private or pre-IPO environments is a strong plus.
