As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment through routine patrols, timely reporting, and teamwork. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.70 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur06:00 PM - 02:00 AMFri06:00 PM - 02:00 AMSat06:00 PM - 02:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to customers, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail location, parking areas, fuel areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel as needed. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help support a welcoming environment for customers and staff. Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required documentation related to incidents, patrols, and daily activities. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience. CPR certification is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A guard card/license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
