As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and customers. You will provide exceptional customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.57 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at an automotive location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the dealership, service areas, parking lots, vehicle storage areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and observe vehicle and pedestrian activity, following established procedures for visitor management and restricted-area access. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities as required. Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding incidents, patrol observations, and other security-related activities. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least two years of security-related experience. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
