As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a logistics location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine rounds, report observations, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to employees, visitors, and drivers. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri07:00 AM - 03:00 PMSat07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and documentation in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed. Report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and other security-related observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
