General Manufacturing Operator - Full Time

Overview The General Manufacturing Operator will follow standard operating procedures in our manufacturing operations throughout our Thick and Thin Film Divisions. Operators will be trained in production areas such as visual inspection, laser trimming, solder dipping, electrical testing, etc. Lab coats must be worn in our production areas. Essential Functions Handle small parts and wafers with tweezers Visually inspect chip resistors and wafers utilizing high power microscopes. Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing Manager/Supervisor. Follow procedures and production travelers Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Manager/Supervisor Follows safety regulations for handling hazardous chemicals, when needed Maintain workspace cleanliness through routine cleaning and good work practice Competencies Time Management Thoroughness Accuracy Verbal communication Requirements Required Education and Experience High school diploma. Basic computer skills. Must be able to read and write English. Preferred Experience, but not required Cleanroom experience Mechanical Aptitude Chemical handling experience Visual Inspection experience Prior experience working for ISO 9000 certified company Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. -3:30 p.m. Travel Occasional travel between our Attleboro and North Attleboro locations may be required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
