Job Description

Marathon Staffing is seeking an experienced General Labor to join a growing global manufacturing company in Delano, PA. If you're a dependable with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality and safety, we want to hear from you!

Starting at $17 per hour

What You'll Do

Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications.
Load and unload materials while maintaining efficient workflow.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure product quality.
Follow daily production schedules to meet output goals.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized.
Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or production problems to supervisors.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Assist with additional production tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous Machine Operator experience is required.
Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to identify equipment issues and maintain a safe work environment.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
