Night Auditor - Part-Time

Description Our property is seeking a night auditor to join our growing group of hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to financial details, a genuine love of interacting with people, and a superior commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous hotel experience is not required but guest service experience is highly preferred. - Work closely with the housekeeping department in keeping room status reports up to date and coordinating requests for maintenance and repair work
- Accommodate special requests of guests whenever possible
- Assist in preregistration, blocking of rooms for reservations, thoroughly understanding and adhering to proper credit, check-cashing, and cash-handling policies and procedures
- Perform financial-related functions like posting charges to guest accounts, raising payouts, currency exchange, and using suggestive selling techniques to offer guests assistance in making superior choices
- Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift of 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with hotel front desk, hospitality, administrative, or night audit experience is preferred but not required
- PEP system knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Flexible schedule
- Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift
