Labor And Delivery Registered Nurse

Schedule: 0700 - 1930 (3 x 12Hrs)

Assignment Details:

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:

Active nursing license
Experience in Labor and Delivery
Competence in assessing, planning, and implementing direct patient care
Ability to supervise staff and manage clinical resources effectively

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assess and plan nursing care for assigned patients.
Implement direct clinical care on a per-shift basis.
Supervise nursing staff and delegate appropriate care duties.
Collaborate with the facility's leadership to ensure high-quality, safe nursing care.

Compliance / Notes:

Orientation details: Report to onboarding location at 7AM on the start date.
Patient care responsibilities fall solely on nurses, with no assistance from CNAs.
Specific patient ratios: 3:1 for Step-down units, 4:1 for Telemetry.
