About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to serve as the senior technology executive, providing vision, leadership, and institutional stewardship for enterprise information technology strategy, governance, and operations. The CIO will be a key member of the Executive Team, advising on technology investment, digital transformation, cybersecurity, data governance, and emerging technologies. This role is pivotal in ensuring the security, scalability, reliability, and long-term sustainability of the technology ecosystem, and the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the EIT department, including personnel, budget, vendor relationships, and strategic resources. The ideal CIO for the company will be a collaborative, strategic technology leader with a proven track record in building consensus and leading significant institutional change. Experience in ERP and enterprise platform transformation, cybersecurity, AI strategy, and long-term technology planning is essential, as is a strong operational leadership and customer service focus. The role requires exceptional communication skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to develop and empower teams.
