Staff Pharmacist

Job ID:26-32152 Pay Range: $57.55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret physicians' prescriptions and compound and dispense medications within regulatory guidelines.
- Consult with customers regarding medication usage and potential drug interactions.
- Counsel customers and handle complex problem resolution.
- Perform first and second verification of prescription orders and conduct Drug Utilization Reviews (DURs).
- Engage in outreach to prescriber offices and field phone calls from patients and prescribers.
- At least 1 year as a registered pharmacist, with retail or similar experience preferred.
- Requires a valid RPh license.
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D.
- Experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently.
